>+– 9 weeks: 1st Introduction (60 min) | Getting acquainted and making a personal pregnancy plan by mapping out your wishes and medical history. |
>+- 10 weeks: Term ultrasound (20 min) | With this medical ultrasound, we determine how many weeks pregnant you are. Sometimes we make this ultrasound vaginally. After this ultrasound, you can make an appointment at VC ‘t Gooi for a medical ultrasound at 13 and/or 20 weeks if this is desired. |
>+- 11 weeks: NIPT | If you opt for the NIPT, you will receive all the information you need to arrange this. |
>+- 13 weeks: 13 weeks ultrasound (vc ‘t Gooi) | This ultrasound is a medical ultrasound. The development of your child will be examined so that certain physical abnormalities can be ruled out. This ultrasound takes place in the VC ‘t Gooi. Contact: tel. 035-6424906 |
>+- 15 weeks: Consultation (20 min) | We’re talking about how you and the baby are doing. The results of your blood test will also be discussed today. You have received the pregnancy statement by email. |
>+- 16 weeks: Fun ultrasound (20 min) *optional | If you wish, we will provide a wonderful moment of admiration! If you like, we can find out the sex of your baby during this ultrasound. |
>+- 20 weeks: 20 weeks ultrasound (vc ‘t Gooi) | This ultrasound is a medical ultrasound. The development of your child will be examined so that certain physical abnormalities can be ruled out. This ultrasound takes place in the VC ‘t Gooi. Contact: tel. 035-6424906 |
>+- 23 weeks: Consultation (20 min) | We’re talking about how you and the baby are doing. Preparation for birth is started; for example, we inform you about pregnancy courses and you can start thinking about your birth plan. |
>+- 27 weeks: Consultation (20 min) | We’re talking about how you and the baby are doing. Have you ever thought about breastfeeding or formula? As a Baby-Friendly practice, we help breastfeeding mothers on their way. |
>+- 30 weeks: Consultation (20 min) | We’re talking about how you and the baby are doing. During this appointment we will take blood to check your iron level. |
>+- 33 weeks: Consultation (40 min) | We talk about how you and the baby are doing and discuss your expectations, wishes but also questions surrounding the birth; in short, the birth plan. |
>+- 36 weeks: Consultation (20 min) | This is a medical ultrasound where we look at the position and growth of your baby. * This ultrasound is on indication |
>+- 38 weeks: Consultation (20 min) | We talk about how you and your baby are doing. You may still have final questions about the delivery or the approaching maternity period. From now on you will come to us every week for a check-up. |
>+- 39 weeks: Consultation (20 min) | We talk about how you and your baby are doing. You may still have final questions about the delivery or the approaching maternity period. |
>+- 40 weeks: Consultation (20 min) | We talk about how you and your baby are doing. You may still have final questions about the delivery or the approaching maternity period. We will discuss the further course of your pregnancy and what your wishes are. |
>+- 41 weeks: Consultation (20 min) | We are investigating how you and the baby are doing. If you have not yet given birth, we will give you the option of stripping, a simple treatment to initiate the delivery. |
>41+ weeks | From now on we will check every 2 days how you and the baby are doing. We also schedule an appointment in the hospital as an extra check-up moment and making a plan for the last days of your pregnancy. |
